Wills and Trusts is CE approved for THREE credits, CO L, A&H / IA General CE Classroom credits. This course covers the basics of Wills, updated rules for both states including probate. A discussion about Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Directives, various types of trusts and more. Also included is info about leaving the house to the kids, adding them on to accounts, and mistakes made by widows/widowers.
