- Tuition payment is due before your scheduled class. Following completed training and receipt of payment, credits will be posted, confirmed by email including a certificate of completion for your records.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- Reschedule and Late Fee is $25.00 for missed or joining late for every webinar.
- Reschedule is available for 90 days from date of purchase.
CE by Design follows all NAIC rules regarding live webinar training so all meetings start and end on time, also respecting your schedule. Meeting access is restricted at the start of each webinar. Reschedule with fee is required for agents that are late.
- Cancelled webinars offer agents one chance to select a replacement webinar, otherwise multiple changes will require a reschedule fee.
- Our terms of service will be reviewed and updated as needed so we can provide quality service and training for all agents.
