Homeowners, Neighbors, and Pets is CE approved for Four CE credits. Colorado P&C, Iowa General credits. The course covers the Homeowners policy forms with ISO updates, Fortified Roofing, and rate increases. The discussion of neighbor’s rights, plus pets are included. You get to share your pet pics in hour four.
