Completing your purchase means you agree to all Terms of Service
- Access to the webinar restricts at the start time for the training. You will not be “let in” to the webinar if you are late.
- Tuition payment is paid with your purchase. You will receive a receipt for your purchase through the order system, and a second receipt you retain with info to join purchased webinars.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- Webinars will start and end on time to respect your schedule and be compliant with State and NAIC rules.
- Following paid and completed training, CE credits will be posted to your State transcript with your National Producer Number.
- A State CE Certificate will be sent to the email address on your order.
- Reschedule course options with fee including any purchase changes are available for 90 days from the original purchase date at the Service link on the website.
- Updated Terms of Service are effective September 20, 2024,
- Our terms of service will be reviewed and updated as needed to remain compliant with State and NAIC rule changes or updates.

Return Policy
- Refunds when requested will be processed back to your payment method at 75% of your tuition for each course not attended.
- Refunds are not available once the webinar has been joined.
