This course curriculum covers the new legislation requiring insurers to change for format of HO insurance by Jan 1, 2015, and meets the 3 CE credit requirement for any Colorado producer selling Homeowners insurance, based on HB13-1225. We cover Google maps of current files, clearing and mitigating property, grant funds available, CSU and the Forest Service partnership for citizens. Fair Plan Colorado info and Fortified Roofing is also included.
